Responsibilities Include:

• Write and debug code in accordance with work instructions or customer requirements. Program graphic user interfaces. Assist mechanical and electrical technicians to ensure correct functionality of machines. Commission and troubleshoot automation systems. Check functionality of all switches on cylinders, actuators, and other devices to verify. Confirm sequence and operation of machines with mechanical technician or engineering prior to programming. Maintain job paperwork including drawings and schematics. Assist with the creation of machine manuals. Perform field service work as required for installation, modification, and service of systems. Maintain a neat and orderly work environment. Other duties as assigned.

Skills, Experience and Requirements:

• Associates Degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of experience with PLC Ladder Logic sequential machine programming HMI programming Experience testing and troubleshooting control systems Working knowledge of Electro/Mechanical systems and components required Mechanical aptitude Allen Bradley experience a plus Ethernet IP experience Exceptional work ethic is required Robot Programming Occasional travel required.
