Mike Roughton
Executive Director
Mike Roughton is the executive director of the Manufacturers Association of Maine. Mike joined the Association in 2022, after leading a metal stamping business in greater NYC that supplies cosmetics manufacturers with packaging components globally.
Prior to the packaging business, he spent ten years in the pressure sensitive industry, manufacturing products for the signage and screen graphics, automotive, pharmaceutical, durable goods, and business forms markets.
Following his graduation from the University of Maine with a BS in civil engineering, Mike worked in construction and industrial equipment businesses, selling and then manufacturing air compressors, rotary drills, pumps, heat exchangers and packaged systems.
Mike also earned an MBA in Operations from the University of Scranton.
Michael McCann
Information and Marketing Administrator
Mike is the Information and Marketing Administrator at the Manufacturers Association of Maine. He is a Maine native from Wiscasset and currently resides nearby in Brunswick. Mike graduated from the University of Maine with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing.
Mike has experience in marketing, video production, and electrical design. He is a skilled communicator with a passion for helping manufacturing businesses grow.
